Manufactured and Mobile Home Specialists

Mobile home work, done by a licensed contractor.

Soft floors, water-damaged underbelly, skirting, drywall and paneling, kitchen and bath updates, doors, windows, decks and stairs. Whether it is a single repair or a full interior refresh, we handle mobile and manufactured homes the same way we handle stick-built homes: licensed, insured, and quoted in writing.

Why the mobile home remodel & repair comes out right.

Mobile and manufactured homes are everywhere in Northeast Florida, and most general contractors will not touch them. The construction is different. The materials are thinner. The framing is on different centers. The skirting, tie-downs, and underbelly are all unique to manufactured housing. Jeff has been doing this work for decades. We handle one-off repairs (a soft spot in the floor, a leaking pipe under the home, water-damaged paneling) all the way up to full interior remodels (kitchen update, bathroom remodel, new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new fixtures). Same license, same workmanship guarantee, same straightforward written quote.

The mobile home remodel & repair process.

1

In-home quote

Jeff walks the home with you. Soft spots, water staining, paneling damage, anything you point out and everything we spot. Mobile homes have specific failure points (around the tubs, under the kitchen sink, at the doors) and we know where to look.

2

Written quote

Clear written scope with materials and timeline. No hourly surprises. If we open a wall and find more damage, you get a written change order before we keep going.

3

Material sourcing

Mobile homes often need manufactured-home-spec parts (smaller doors, lighter-gauge windows, specialty paneling). We source the right materials, not stick-built substitutes that fail in a year.

4

Execution

A single soft-floor repair can be a one-day job. A full interior remodel runs 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope. We protect the rest of the home and clean up at the end of every day.

5

Final walkthrough

We walk the finished work with you before final payment. Anything off scope gets fixed first.

Projects we have recently done.

  • Soft bathroom floor: pulled vanity and toilet, replaced subfloor and underlayment, new luxury vinyl plank
  • Full mobile home kitchen update: new countertops, tile backsplash, painted cabinets, new sink and faucet
  • Underbelly repair after rodent damage: pulled torn vapor barrier, replaced insulation, sealed access points, reinstalled belly board
  • Vinyl skirting full replacement around a 60-foot single-wide
  • Tub-to-walk-in-shower conversion in a manufactured home master bath
  • Interior paneling replacement and texture-match in a hurricane-damaged living room

Honest numbers.

Mobile home work is quoted per project, not per hour. A single soft-floor patch and a full interior remodel are very different jobs. We give you a written quote up front, and the final number is what you pay unless you change the scope.

No pressure. No hourly games. We quote the project, we stand behind the quote, and the final number is what you pay unless you change the scope.

Mobile Home Remodel & Repair FAQ.

Do you only work on stick-built homes?

No. We work on mobile and manufactured homes the same way we work on stick-built. Same license, same insurance, same written-quote process. Mobile homes just need a contractor who understands the different construction, and we do.

Can you fix a soft floor without tearing up the whole room?

Usually yes. Soft floors are typically a localized water issue (around a tub, toilet, or kitchen sink). We pull just enough flooring to find the source, dry it out, replace the damaged subfloor, and put new flooring back. Whole-room rebuilds are only needed in severe cases.

Do you handle underbelly and skirting work?

Yes. Torn belly board, water-damaged insulation, rodent damage, and missing or broken skirting are common and we handle all of it. Vinyl, metal, and masonry-look skirting. We also seal access points so the problem does not come back.

Can you do a full mobile home remodel?

Yes, with the same scope as a stick-built remodel. Kitchen update, bathroom remodel, new flooring throughout, fresh paint, new fixtures, new doors. We sequence the work so the home stays livable through most of the project.

Do you re-level mobile homes?

No. Re-leveling, transport, and block-and-level are separate specialty trades. We will happily refer you to a trusted local company if that is what you need, and we can handle every other repair and update after they finish.
